We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid to Senior Level UI Designer to join our dynamic creative team. As a UI Designer, you will report directly to the Creative Director and play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and innovative design projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
- Develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of design assets while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients, effectively communicating design rationale and gathering feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience as a UI Designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive constructive feedback.
- Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

This role’s salary will range based on experience ($70k – $90k), in addition to company-offered benefits and perks. Actual compensation for this role is dependent on factors, including, but not limited to, skill set and experience.
